♦♦♦WINTER 2017/2018♦♦♦

These projects range from fully fleshed out drawings, to images I've found and want to use as inspiration.  These are open to new and past clients alike - if one speaks to you, please follow the "I'M INTERESTED" link - it will lead you to the submission form.  All body types, skin colors, and genders welcome - the statues are just examples.  THANK YOU FOR THE EMAILS! Submissions are closed.

E.A. SEGUY - OVERSIZE INSECT COMPOSITIONS

Seguy made these iconic insect prints in the 1920s, combining an art nouveau aesthetic with art deco compositions - with pages of butterflies, cicadas, wasps, and locusts.  There is a lot of directions this could go, but I'm interested in doing large compositions with bold placement using these pochoir prints as reference.  Their solid, bold color would be very suitable to coverups, too.  (If applying, please describe your coverup if applicable.) Multiple sessions depending on placement and size. No more submissions please!

GOAT MAGICK & NIGHTJARS BACKPIECE

Black Phillip, anyone? Rearing goat, full moon, fire magic and flying nightjars/whip-poor-will (slightly difficult to see in this mockup - which are known sometimes as 'goatsuckers' because of an old folktale claiming they stole goat milk in the night). Back piece only, full color or black and grey. Could be suitable for a coverup too. No more submissions please!

CANADA JAY - JOHN JAMES AUDUBON

Also known now as a Gray Jay - in an autumn oak tree, and a paper wasp nest (adding wasps in the compositions to give it more rhythm and movement.)  You can read more about Audubon's experience in Birds of America here.  Back piece preferred, or thigh/hip - anything close to life sized. No more submissions please!

SNAKE AND PEONY - BODY PIECES

Many options in this arrangement, but mainly looking for big spaces to fill - with a bold snake and a floral/botanical element (not complex arrangements) using negative space. Often these pieces end up being freehand on the specific person to give the most natural flow, and compliment the body best.  Full legs, chest/torsos, backs/butts, etc. Full color, or black and grey.  No more submissions please!

COCKATOOS & MAGNOLIAS

Original drawing by me - using limited color and black and grey for these Moluccan Cockatoos in a champaca magnolia tree.  Back preferred, but could work with a sizable thigh - it needs a lot of space for the wingspan.  Black background optional depending on your skin tone to render these mostly white birds No more submissions please!

THE CHASE: SNAKE/RABBIT

If you've been following my work for any amount of time, you know I love the tension and relationship between predator and prey - thigh piece preferred, life sized.  Full color, 3 sessions minimum. No more submissions please!

You've reached the end!  If these aren't your flavor, there will always be more later.
